Fabdivine Return & Refund Policy

At Fabdivine, we specialize in handcrafted, block-printed textiles made using traditional artisan techniques. Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where an item is damaged or lost during transit.

Handcrafted Nature of Our Products

All Fabdivine products are created using hand block printing and natural dyes. Minor variations in color, print alignment, or texture are a natural part of this artisanal process and are not considered defects. Such variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or is lost in transit.

To be eligible:

• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

• Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging are required

• Our team will review and confirm the claim before proceeding

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or appropriate resolution.

Final Sale

All confirmed and shipped orders are considered final sale. We strongly encourage customers to review product details carefully and contact us before placing an order if clarification is needed.

International Orders

Fabdivine operates from India. In rare cases where a return is approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. International return shipping can be costly, so we recommend discussing all possible solutions with our team first.
